Click on Download "Order Form" Word document |

A window will come up asking you if you want to open it or save it to disk. |

Click save it to disk, remember where you saved it because your going to unzip it. (i.e. C:\temp). |

When it finishes downloading open windows explorer. Find the zip file and double click on it. It will then open up Winzip.It will ask you where you want to put the word document. Choose your favorite document folder and click "open" Just remember where you saved it. (i.e. C:\mydocuments) |

Open Word click on "File" then "open" find the order form document. Open it and edit the document. Then print. Save as a new name for your records.
